Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Site Stripper handles when you visit the website, use the account forms, or request a website analysis.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This policy covers the Site Stripper website and related analysis service. The service operator and data controller is [operator legal name], with a registered address at [registered address] (“Site Stripper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy does not govern the websites you analyze, your browser or device, or external AI services you choose to use. Those providers publish their own privacy notices.

2. Information we handle

The information depends on how you use the service:

  • Technical request information: the hosting and security provider may process IP address, browser and device details, request URL, referring page, request time, response status, and diagnostic or security events when your browser visits the website or calls the analysis service.
  • Analysis request: when you request an analysis, the service receives the public website URL and supported options such as page count and mobile capture preference. Do not submit credentials, private URLs, or sensitive information.
  • Public source content: the analysis service requests publicly accessible pages and resources from the target website to produce the observations you requested.
  • Messages you send: if you contact the operator directly, the operator receives the details and message you choose to provide.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to your requests, operate and secure Site Stripper, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, maintain service quality, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use account-form entries to create a profile or send marketing messages.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on providing a service you request, a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, or a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the processing and your location.

4. Registration and sign-in forms

The registration and sign-in forms on this website validate field values in your browser. When the fields pass validation, the form clears the values and navigates to a confirmation page. The values are not sent to a Site Stripper server, stored in an account database, or used to create an account. Do not enter a password that you use for another service.

5. Analysis requests, results, and AI tools

The analysis API processes the public URL and supported options in memory to examine the requested public pages and return structured observations. The API response is marked not to be stored by HTTP caches. Site Stripper does not save analysis results as account history or retain a user account database. The downloadable ZIP is assembled in your browser; files saved from it are under your control.

The target website may receive ordinary page requests from the analysis service and may process those requests under its own policies. If you share the reference ZIP with Claude, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, or any other AI agent, that provider may process the files under its own terms and privacy policy. You decide what to share.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The Site Stripper marketing pages do not use account cookies to identify you. The hosting or security provider may use technical signals or cookies to serve pages, protect the service, or investigate abuse. Your browser may also cache static website files as part of normal browsing.

The separately run local analysis interface can store a display-theme preference in your browser's local storage. That preference stays in the browser and is not an account record. You can clear it in your browser settings.

7. Service providers and international transfers

Site Stripper uses Cloudflare hosting and Worker infrastructure to serve website pages and run hosted analysis. Cloudflare may process technical request data and service logs under its own privacy policy and applicable agreements. You can review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when needed to provide the service, protect people or systems, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request. Because the infrastructure provider operates a global network, technical information may be processed in countries other than yours, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

8. Retention and security

Site Stripper does not keep analysis results as saved account history. Technical and security logs held by the infrastructure provider may follow separate retention periods set by that provider, its service plan, and configuration. Information sent directly to the operator is kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain records required by law, or resolve a dispute.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information handled by the service. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, contact [privacy contact email] and describe the request and the service interaction involved. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Rights and exceptions vary by location.

10. Children

Site Stripper is intended for people who can lawfully use a website analysis service in their location. It is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the operator, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If a material change affects how personal information is handled, we will provide notice through the website or another appropriate channel where required.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact [privacy contact email]. The data controller is [operator legal name], [registered address]. The appointed data protection contact, where required, is [DPO or privacy lead contact].
